A Visit to TRT GAP Diyarbakır Studios was Organized

Malatya Turgut Özal University Young Broadcasters and Filmmakers Community (GYST) and Radio, Television and Cinema (RTS) Department coordinated a trip to TRT GAP Diyarbakır studios for educational and cultural purposes.

GYST community advisor and RTS Department Head Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vefalı ENSER, Deputy Head of the Department Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mevlüde BATUR and community president Akın ELİDEMİR, as well as many students participated in the trip, TRT GAP Diyarbakır radio and television studios, news center were introduced closely and presentations were made to the students by the employees of the institution. Various questions of the students were also answered in the presentations where the secrets of broadcasting, technical operation and the tricks of the broadcast flow and content were explained.

In addition, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vefalı ENSER, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mevlüde BATUR, Akın ELİDEMİR, Didem GÖNÜL, Birsen POLATLI, Şuheda ÇETİNKAYA, Metin Sezer ÜNLER, Tuğçe TURAN, who were guests of the live broadcast in the “Young Life” program presented by Fatih YILMAZ on TRT GAP Diyarbakır Radio, answered the questions directed. In the program where information about our university, faculty and department, important developments related to education and training, and feelings and thoughts about the trip were shared, the songs sung by the students added color to the broadcast.

After the program, students took plenty of souvenir photos during the trip where cultural and historical places such as the Ten Eyed Bridge were visited.
